PFB™ Performance Module

Take off data calculations (V-speeds, limitation weight and assumed temperatures,) based on performance modules (SCAP) and actual airport, runway, obstacle and weather data, which provides the pilot with very precise weight and speed values based on actual runway conditions. The module also shows the actual engine out procedure. The result presented to the pilot is Maximum Takeoff Weight, V speeds, acceleration altitude, derated and FLEX (if conditions allow FLEX) and a JAR-OPS compliant engine failure procedure. This leads to maximum FLEX temperature and highest possible takeoff weight.

PFB™ Take Off Benefits

The economic outcome is reduced cost in form of reduced fuel consumption and engine wear and/or more payloads. The performance software application is in operational use with a number of airlines.

For most Aircraft a fuel report function is available, where the pilot can enter the fuel loaded and transmit the report immediately to the server - and by that - to the flight operation department. This feature have saved many problems, wrong settlements and saved considerable money for airlines that chooses this option.
